How long does shipping take?
Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and ship on pre-made units ONLY
Custom orders take 7 to 14 business days.
What is included with my purchase?
Your unit is covered within 6 months of purchase.
- Free maintenance (washing and styling)
- Resewing or color correction
- Closure Replacement is NOT covered and will be an additional cost
We currently ship everywhere in the US.
Yes. You must return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped. Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, and in like-new condition.
Do I need to know my measurments before I purchase?
Yes! Head measurements are very important. Please know your size before purchasing or requesting a custom unit.
Wigs are not a one size fits all.
